About the Author
Prasad Kaipa is Silicon Valley's CEO advisor and coach. He was the founding executive director of the Center for Leadership, Innovation and Change at the Indian School of Business and Smith Richardson Fellow at Center for Creative Leadership (2010-11). Prasad worked with global 500 companies for past 22 years.
Navi Radjou is an innovation and leadership strategist based in Silicon Valley. He is a Fellow at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, and a World Economic Forum (WEF) faculty member.
