A firm named Private that's an investigation firm at international levels is run by former Marine named Jack Morgan. He has loads of money in Private: No.1 Suspect. One day when Morgan returns from an international trip and reached homes finds his ex-girlfriend lying dead on his bed. He becomes the prime suspect as the body is found in his house, and his gun was also found there in the same place which is supposed to be the murder weapon. Nobody really trusts him. Private is losing all the clients. Only two of them have stuck to him.

One of them is a mobster and needs Morgan to find about his lost and valuable shipment of medicinal drugs which has value in millions and is hijacked.
